The use of all FitSmiles Offers by FitSmiles Members (persons who have created an account obtained via the FitSmiles mobile application (App)), are subject to these Rules of Use (Rules) and any terms of use included on the Offers. Users should read these Rules carefully prior to using any Offer and any product.

• These Rules of Use are drafted in the English language. If translated into any other language other than English, the English language version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

Redeeming Your Offers

• Redeeming an Offer on the Application:

1. Select the desired Offer for use on the FitSmiles App. If you are at a restaurant, inform your waiter that you have the Application prior to requesting the bill.
2. Present your mobile device displaying the selected Offer to the server before the bill is presented.
3. corresponding item or service will be deducted from your bill.

• To redeem additional Offers, simply repeat the aforementioned process.
• In the event of a dispute, the bill must be settled in accordance with local law. Relevant parties will be contacted to facilitate resolution.
• Redeemed Offers do not include any applicable service charges or taxes, including but not limited to VAT, GST, etc. These charges will be separately applied by merchants in accordance with local tax regulations and laws.

Offer Validity

• Offers are valid for the duration indicated on the Offer, unless otherwise specified. Minimal exclusion days apply.
• Expired Offers will not be honoured.
• Offers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified on the voucher details.
• Offers are only redeemable with the issuing merchant and/or venue.
• Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special offers, or dining/loyalty/employee/rewards programs.
• Offers may change. We reserve the right to remove and/or amend an Offer at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an Offer is removed or amended.
• Redeemed Offers do not include any applicable service charges.
• Redeemed Offers do not include any taxes, including but not limited to VAT, etc. These charges may be separately applied by merchants in accordance with local tax regulations and laws.
• Offers are not redeemable for cash.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Offers are void if resold or bartered.
• If a merchant or venue refuses to honour any Offer, please contact Customer Service.

1. Food & Beverages

Offer Validity:

• Offers are valid only for the specific items listed on the voucher, unless otherwise stated. 
• Offers are not valid during special events (e.g., Iftar, Suhoor) unless specified.

Redemption Limits:

• Buy One Get One (BOGO): One Offer can be used per two people, with a maximum of four Offers per table for groups of eight or more.
• The least expensive item will be deducted when using an Offer
• The two items must be from the same category, e.g., buy one “Beverage” and get one “Beverage” free.
• Shared dishes do not qualify for buy one get one free Offers.
• Examples include three people sharing two main courses or two children sharing one main course.
• If both children’s and adult’s buffets are on the same bill, the lower-priced buffet will be deducted.
• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special menus unless specified.

% Percentage Off offers:

• 1 voucher per transaction; excludes alcohol.

Package /Combo Deals:

• 1 combo /package deal per customer; must include specific items.

Spend & Save:

• 1 offer per transaction; must spend a minimum based on the voucher details.

Bill and Payment:

• Only one bill will be presented per table/group.
• Splitting of bills to use multiple Offers is not allowed.

Exclusions:

• Offers are not valid for delivery or take-away unless explicitly stated on the Offer.

Corkage:

1. No corkage is allowed unless otherwise specified.

Expiration:
